2021 is off to a great start for the B Loved family!
We celebrated Ethiopian Christmas in January! This holiday was especially memorable due to our founders, David and Amie, being in Ethiopia to visit us.
This is the first time they have been able to be present to celebrate the holiday with the kids and we were able to make wonderful memories together. During this time they visited both Addis Ababa and Sodo and brought clothes and gifts to the kids as well as the staff members which we are so thankful for.
During the holiday our children did some charity work for needy community members and enjoyed giving back.
The Addis children had the opportunity to visit the new recreational Entoto Park while our visitors were here and it was a lot of fun! They rode in go karts and did several other activities together.
Six B Loved children of Sodo (Eyosiyas, Sisay, Sami, Lakech, Lemlem and Yonatan) have been attending basic church teachings for the last few months and were baptized on January 24, 2021. We are so happy for them and praise God.
We have a new member to the family!
We would like to welcome a new member to our B Loved family! Tariku Kebede, who is a brother of Yenenesh, has officially been enrolled as a beneficiary. He is 14 and we are so excited to have him with us! We will have him added soon to our sponsors page and would love to welcome him by getting him fully sponsored.
